The Story
Ô Rouge, it starts with the Castel de Très Girard in Morey-Saint-Denis, 25 years ago. Two brothers, Didier and Lionnel Petitcolas, develop this place with modernity and authenticity.
In 2020, an opportunity presents itself with the acquisition of the Hôtel des Grands Crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. The Ô Rouge project was born with one ambition: to offer additional rooms, a Spa service and a second restaurant.
Ô Symbol
Ô Rouge is the story, the roots, the land. Red, the color of Gevrey wines and its 9 grands crus.
The illustration was created by the talented Morgane Rospars, creator of Bookplate under the artistic direction of Joy Grimal: the design represents a goddess of nature enveloping her 9 red grapes. The logo, on the other hand, was made by the geniuses of Artim with the directive to make an Ô which would be a grape cut with a grape seed cut in half as a hat.

Ô Rouge is on the famous "route des grands crus" in the middle of the vineyards, with a view of the medieval castle and the 13th century church. The two-story building houses 21 rooms carpeted in the colors of the establishment with all the comforts of our time.
