A passion for terroir

Our chef draws inspiration from Burgundian culinary traditions and the abundance of local produce. Having trained at renowned establishments, he brings to the BistrÔ a meticulous expertise that shines through in his hearty, unpretentious cuisine.

Every day, he creates his dishes using fresh ingredients sourced directly from local producers in the Côte-d'Or region. His philosophy: to honor the ingredients, enhance their flavors, and serve each guest a dish that is both authentic and delicious.
